HVAC SEO Companies Directory

Two of the most-recommended HVAC SEO agencies no longer exist

Both still appear near the top of the lists. One of them still has a working contact form. Checked 12 September 2026.

Home services marketing consolidated hard across 2024 and 2025, and the directories that recommend these companies have mostly not noticed. Somebody following a "top HVAC SEO agencies" list published this year can submit an enquiry to a brand that stopped existing as an independent business eighteen months ago.

That is worth more than a footnote, because who owns the company changes what you are buying.

Blue Corona RYNO Strategic Solutions

1 October 2024

The two merged and the combined business trades under the RYNO name. Blue Corona’s own partners page says so in one line. RYNO’s parent is EverService Holdings, which also owns iLawyer Marketing, Alert Communications and Nexa Receptionists.

bluecorona.com is still live, still ranks first for "HVAC SEO company", and still has a working enquiry form. Fill it in and you are talking to RYNO.

Levergy KickCharge Creative

February 2025

KickCharge, a New Jersey branding shop that had been working with home service companies for thirty years, bought Levergy to put a digital team alongside the brand work. The old Levergy address now serves KickCharge’s site.

Several "best HVAC agency" lists published this year still rank Levergy and KickCharge as separate companies, which tells you how those lists were assembled.

Why this changes what you are buying

An acquisition moves three things that matter to you, usually within the first year and usually without an announcement.

  • The people. Senior staff at an acquired agency very often leave inside twelve months. The person who sold you the strategy and the person delivering it in month fourteen are frequently not the same person, and nobody tells you when that changes.
  • The reporting. Parent companies standardise onto one platform. The dashboard you were shown in the pitch can be retired and replaced with the group's, which reports different things in a different shape.
  • The incentives. An independent agency wants to keep your account. A portfolio company also has a group margin target, and those two are not always pulling the same way.

None of that makes an acquired agency a bad choice. RYNO at scale can do things no boutique on this list can. It does mean the question belongs in your first call rather than your second year.

How to check before you sign

  • Ask directly: who owns this company, and has that changed in the last three years. It is an ordinary question and a straight answer is fast.
  • Search the agency name with the word acquisition. Both moves above were announced publicly and are trivial to find once you look.
  • Check whether the people named on the About page still work there. A leadership page that has not changed in four years and a LinkedIn that says otherwise is the tell.

Agency roll-up covers the pattern, and platform lock-in covers what happens to your reporting when a parent standardises it.
